Booking and payment
Bookings are made through our booking engine (Cloudbeds). You'll see the price for each date and room there before you pay. Direct bookings are paid when you book.

Tourist tax
It's not included in the price. It's €6 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. You pay it in the online registration before you arrive.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 1 pm. Check-out by 12 noon.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, not guaranteed, and you need to let us know in advance.
- There's someone at reception until 6 pm. If you arrive from 6 pm, we'll email you your room and the code for the street door.
- Before you arrive you'll get an email from Chekin to register online.
- You can leave your luggage in the lockers before check-in and all afternoon after check-out.
ID and deposit
When you arrive, you need to show your ID card or passport. We don't ask for a deposit.
Cancellation and no-shows
- If you cancel a direct booking, the first night is not refunded.
- If you don't show up, one night is charged.
- Bookings made on Booking or other websites follow that website's terms.
House rules
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking inside the building.
- Quiet from 11 pm.
- Parties and gatherings are not allowed in the rooms. This is a quiet hostel and we don't accept party groups.
Groups and minors
- For groups (schools, teams...), email us at alberguestudio@gmail.com.
- If a minor is coming without an adult, write to us first.
Invoices
If you need an invoice in a company's name, ask for it by email or WhatsApp.
